Delivery Zones
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery timelines vary by region.

Shipping Methods & Charges
Shipping is charged at the live courier rate for your delivery pincode. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay, based on parcel weight and destination. We do not offer free shipping or a flat estimate on the cart.
Same-day delivery is currently available in Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai, and Mumbai for orders placed before 12:00 PM, when a courier offers it for your pincode.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link from our logistics partner.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. Real-time tracking updates are available for all shipping methods.
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team at support@bijusgreenleaf.com.
Shipping Charges
Website orders are prepaid only. Shipping is the courier rate quoted at checkout for your address — not a free-shipping threshold and not a fixed ₹50 estimate.
Cash on delivery (COD) is not offered for website orders.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the courier assigned to your order.
Possible Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, public holidays, or logistics disruptions.
During peak festive seasons (Onam, Diwali, Christmas), delivery times may be extended by 1-3 additional business days due to high order volumes.
